Terms and Conditions
The subscriber hereby fully agrees and understands that Ordereaze is solely a third party information distributor
and can not be held liable for any actions or inactions by the subscriber, product supplier or any other party involved
in the product sale or distribution that may be cause for any grievances.
The subscriber is fully and solely responsible for all order detail accuracy and accounting for orders processed
or not processed.
Ordereaze can not be held liable for order transmission delays due to uncontrollable circumstances.
The subscriber fully agrees that service is maintained only as a fully paid subscriber and that services will be
discontinued on an overdue account. The overdue subscriber may access the database for 7 days which is the
term before an overdue account will be terminated and all database information erased.
